Welcome to CC Shared Services. The terms “I”, “me” and “my” refer to CC Shared Services, owned and operated by a sole trader based in Ireland.

I operate this website and store, including all related information, content, digital products and services (the “Services”), to provide digital resources primarily for podcasters and content creators. CC Shared Services is powered by Shopify, which enables me to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with the terms of service, you may not use the products.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY (PARTICIPANTS)

The Services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & DIGITAL DELIVERY

All products sold are digital products delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

I make every effort to accurately describe each product. However, I do not guarantee that the products will meet your individual expectations or specific business outcomes.

Product content, format, and availability may change at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS & PAYMENT

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a digital product.

Payment is required in full at checkout. By paying via debit or credit card, you authorise me to automatically charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

SECTION 4 – REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and accessed or delivered, I am unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This is because digital content cannot be returned once supplied.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once delivery has begun.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact me and I will assist in resolving the issue.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

SECTION 5 – OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT

All content provided through the Services, including but not limited to words, documents, spreadsheets, templates, videos, instructions, images, layouts, designs and branding, is owned by CC Shared Services and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

SECTION 6 – LICENCE & PERMITTED USE

When you purchase a product, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the product for your own personal or internal business use only.

You must not:

share, copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute the content
resell or sublicense the products
make the products available to third parties

Any unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 7 – CANVA & GOOGLE TEMPLATES

Some products are designed for use with Canva and/or Google products.

You acknowledge that:

templates are customisable only within Canva and/or Google
your use of these tools is subject to their own terms

SECTION 8 – SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account or download access provided to you. I am not responsible for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your information.

SECTION 9 – USERS OUTSIDE IRELAND / THE EU

If you access the Services from outside Ireland or the European Union, you are responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations. Products are provided on an “as is” basis.

SECTION 10 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CC Shared Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the Services or digital products.

SECTION 11 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CC Shared Services from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

SECTION 12 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CC Shared Services
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver

SECTION 13 – GOVERNING LAW & LEGAL DISPUTES

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which I provide the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
